- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is typically a discounted rate for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service, please ask about that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have office staff in addition to in the field Service Professionals so someone from our Operations Team will be in touch to ensure we're meeting your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Service Professionals undergo paid training with MaidPro University and are W-2 in house employees, not independent contractors so we're licensed, bonded, and insured including workers comp for their and your protection.
