- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set on a per case basis. We offer hourly slots or per-job slot. Whatever is more cost-effective for the customer is what would be suggested to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the new customer as soon as we receive the request and add it to our ticketing system. We will give all necessary details and answer any questions customer may have.
