- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Doctor Window Tint, we take care of your panes, has a low-price guarantee, and will always beat any competitor's price when presented with a valid quote from a valid competitor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to come out to the home or office, show the samples of the various films, and give the potential customer a free quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done installations all around the world including South America, Central America, and the Middle East, and always, according to our unique seven step installation process that insures at least 70% of the mounting solution is removed. If this water-based mounting solution is not removed at the time of the installation of the tinting film, it will later evaporate through the film and leave behind air pockets that later become bubbles. I'm sure you have noticed the rear window of a vehicle "all bubbled up", well this will never happen to "SOLARCONTROL" brand window tinting film due to the Doctor Window Tint 7-step installation.
