A positive is that the shutters look good. I was unhappy with what seemed to be a communication problem. The contractor told me he would take the wood and gutters he removed to the dump. When I asked his partner about it he acted surprised and said he would have taken it when he had his truck. Both partners then told me that their trucks were in the shop. I ended up taking all the trash myself. The contractor couldn't give me an estimate on the job. I gave him a 1000.00 deposit and bought all the paint. When he finally told me the balance I owed him I paid him because I wouldn't be home to do so the next day. I was sure he would be finished by then. He didn't come the next day so I was really worried. I started to push him about completing the job and he got ugly. He then proceeded to tell me it was my fault the job wasn't done and that he lost money on the job even though I paid for the paint and did the hauling. I thought I had trimmed the bushes back enough for him to paint, but he said it wasn't good enough. I then trimmed the bush all the way to the ground and he never came back. I will have to finish this part of the house myself. A week later he told me he'd get to it when he had time. I got sick of the back and forth so I told him to forget it; that I'd handle the rest myself. The final cost for his part was 2400.00. I bought the paint (400.00) and did the hauling and cleanup. I really didn't want to complete a negative review; but I feel like people should know what to expect. Make sure you grave a contract with the specifics and a good estimate before he gets started if you hire this contractor.

The sides of this house looked like a jungle that even the neighbors mentioned that they had issues with. From the very start she claimed she would have all of the overgrowth removed which never happened. There was a 5 foot area on the left side of her house that was not finished because it was 30 feet in the air with a tree in front of it and against it. Told her that I would not put myself or my crews safety at risk when all that was supposed to be out of way to begin with. I have no problem finishing (safely). Also the whole roof system is rotted and ate up with termites and was not even safe to be on period. I took lots of pictures to protect myself and my company. As far as hauling the things off, that was not in the contract and was never discussed till halfway in to the job. I agreed to haul it and she did so before I could. If anyone on here ever bids any of her work, be prepared, she is very dishonest and tries to add things in outside of the contract. I can provide a very long list of satisfied customers that I have always went above and beyond.
