- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet at the property where work will be done. We examine the roof and take our measurements. Following the measurements, a bid proposal will be created and given to the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
"Continuous Improvement." Instead of being content and comfortable, we raise the bar and push ourselves to get better. We aim to constantly improve in all areas of our operation. This mindset encourages growth and development. In fact, we invest a great deal in our people as they ultimately take care of and serve our clients. For instance, we invest heavily in continual education seminars, industry conferences, professional training, safety requirements, legal and municipal codes, and professional consulting.
