- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation is the first step, then set up a schedule to begin the lessons after answering any and all questions the new customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and a YMCA Instructor and Trainer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 24 years ago after becoming a Lifeguard and Swimming and playing WaterPolo in middle and high school. My trainer suggested I take the Water Safety Instructor class because she sow something special in me when I was in the water.
