It was a great pleasure to have Chef Mirko for my event. As a Chef myself, I hired just the best people for my private parties. He did an incredible job with the food and he was quite friendly towards my guests. I recommend him for any event or project!

Chef Mirko prepared a New Year’s Eve dinner for a group of 12 people. The food was delicious and the service was great. He was very flexible on the menu and worked with everyone’s dietary restrictions. Value was good and experience was great. I would recommend him for sure!

Chef Mirko was amazing, I don’t know where to begin! Our daughter has Celiac Disease and I have many diet restrictions as well and Mirko accomodated everything with ease. All of the food was delicious and Mirko was very professional. At the end of our trip, we were all begging Mirko to come back to Kansas City with us!

Mirko is a true professional. We have had him cooking in our home the past few weeks- and we are challenging clients; Vegans with no oil/no salt. He was open to trying lots of new recipes, had his own ideas how to make the recipes better, and always a pleasant disposition. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is in full command of the kitchen. He was punctual and worked very neatly, always cleaning up before he left. We will definitely be having him back to help us maneuver our new diet, and look forward to getting his spin on the food.
