- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give our clients the best price possible we factor in all aspects of your job into a competitive. We keep in mind your supplies, your priority items, as well as the size of your job. This way regardless of how long it takes us to do your job done it will be completed to satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I provide customers with the quote and within that quote detail what they can expect done for the cost of their job. After the customer has had the chance to review the quote we can then discuss any adjustments that need to be made to better suit their particular needs. After we've come to an agreement from there we schedule a time and date of service. An invoice is issued for payment to be received on the day of service. After services have been performed we provide the customer and opportunity to review my services. Most of my clients are usually more than happy with the work that we do. However the event that something is messed we're not done to their liking Tidy Clean and Bright has 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are always happy to correct any discrepancies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owner of Tidy Clean and Bright, I'm a be BFA graduated in fine arts. You will find that the attention to detail applied to your cleaning reflects a keen eye.
