Introduction: Aloha! My name is Mikki and I’ve been a professional photographer for over 5 years. I’ve been published in three magazines, one local and two nationwide. What started as a hobby has grown into passion! While attending college for social work, photography became a creative outlet for me. With a few photography classes, lots of technical and design training- my love for photography turned into a business. But, why should you hire me? I use professional equipment and I know how to use both natural and artificial light. Having this knowledge provides top quality images for you. I have the right equipment in order to fill all my clients needs and expectations. Having the right tools for the job means you get what you pay for. We deliver the highest quality images and edit each image to perfection! Once the session is done and I go home and load up all the images-- this is where the magic happens. I spend 5-15 minutes on each image to showcase the best you!. I do this by removing objects in pictures, reducing blemishes, brightening eyes, fixing hair and enhancing the images with colors and luminance. Editing is important! I’ve completed formal design courses and stayed current with new techniques by completing online courses and subscribing to blogs, videos and trainings. Another advantage of hiring us is that we know what works! I provide guidance with clothing, color choices for skin tones, coordinating accessories. I am provide prompts to capture real emotions and placement of hands or limbs. Every detail is considered and used.
