I have been in the moving business for over 5 years now. I love how every job is never the same. I get to meet new people everyday. My most favorite thing about moving though is the look of a satisfied customer. Seeing all their stress and worry go away after we complete the job is awesome.

I had no intention on hiring movers, but my apt complex has strict guidelines and my time line was short. RJ was quick to respond with a quote, upfront about being new to the business, provided confirmation. Tyler & RJ both had warm friendly personalities and eager to please. It took them a bit longer than expected, but they were humping it all the way. Strictly business. Good luck and muchos Mahalos for a great experience.

Arrived late, because owner lost wallet the night before. He called to change the time twice but no call or text or email the night before, so not all items could be brought in to new place on day of move and had to be stored. Result, wait 3 days to get the other half of items. Shelving unit damaged. Some items had minor damage as well. Took extra time trying to fit too much for the van that "Move Over Hawaii" rented.

A costly-No show... booked a month in advance, text messages throughout and the day comes... Not answering phone calls, txt or messages on Thumbtack. We even brought down most of the things to make the move easier. Not good RJ- it shows you were on this site. Not sure why the no show. We need to be out of the house today.
