This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend this company. For those looking for a smooth move with minimized stress, this company does little to provide that. I usually don’t write reviews unless they are positive but I was truly astonished by the lack of professionalism, damage to my items, sluggish movers, and inaccurate quotes. There are hidden fees and employees who don’t even go over the contract with you. The contract does not explain or cover all relevant issues. Please do not hire this company. They will ruin your furniture and charge you obnoxiously large fees for doing so. UPDATE: I implore all those looking for on-time, fast, professional movers to not use this company. Unlike their response to this post indiciates, they actually moved me from a first floor apartment to a second floor apartment. They damaged my desk and their mover even slammed the door on the way out when I complained about the service. I can’t stress this enough, these movers are the worst I have ever seen. I have attached a picture of a uHaul truck full of the stuff they didn’t move. (To be clear, this stuff wasn’t packed when they arrived). I’m just posting here because if this is all that was left, why did it take them nearly 5 hours to move less than half of the items in the apartment. They moved nothing from the kitchen or two bathrooms/closets. The last movers I hired packed, moved, and unpacked in 3 hours coming from farther away. Truck was damaged with long gash along roof that allowed rain to pour in and flood the truck bed. All of our belongings were soaked from bottom up including items that were shrink wrapped and in plastic containers. The movers knew there was a leak but tried to cover it up. We only found out when unpacking the truck and all the boxes crumbled to the ground. They even charged us for the extra time they spent trying to fix their truck! During the move they broke part of a chandelier and also tore off the laminate floor in several places. Walls were also scraped. I sent the claim to them by email and called them several time but nothing got resolved. They never sent anyone to fix the damage. They charged $35 for packaging material while they didn't use any. Hello Deeba, Sorry for the experience you had with the moving services. From what i was told you did not want us to fix the patch we damaged, but wanted us to replace the entire floor of the house. We have insurance in place for incidents like this that may occur from time to time. But you have to follow the process. Best Regards.
