Technician came to my home & was really prompt. He scheduled a time & was there at that time. He fixed my washer with no problem, told me there & then what the problem was and how much it was going to be. He waived my trip fee since I accepted the repair. He did an outstanding job. Very professional young man. I will definitely be calling him back if I ever need him again.
