Mr Horton was very detailed, professional, prompt and he came out on a Sunday.
He responded to my request within minutes and was at my home the next day to check my washer. Within minutes he provided his recommendations and findings.

Horton is by far the best repairman I’ve ever hired for a job. He came at the time he said he would, he explained the problem with my dryer in terms I could understand, and gave me every detail of what needed to be fixed. I was very pleased with the cost and overall work that was performed. I will definitely be calling him again for future repairs.

Mr. Horton inspected and hooked up our washer and dryer following a move. He thoroughly assessed both appliances and found we had a belt on the dryer that needed to be replaced. He showed it to us and showed us a video of what will be done to fix it. We will have him do that work and write a separate review.
We highly recommend Horton Mechanical for appliance work!!!
