- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after making contact we like to find out what type of pressure washing is needed, how big the job is and where it is located. then we make an appointment to either go look at job or have the customer send us some pictures to give an accurate estimate. Next we talk about any problem areas that may need special attention then pricing. Finally we set up a day to get the service completed for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers are residential home owners, but we do work with new home builders to do the final exterior cleaning of the home before it's turned over to home buyer.
