- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before any project starts, you will receive a written estimate for that work, for your consideration and approval before moving forward. If you decide to change the scope of the project or add additional tasks, the contract will be amended.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal of an event planner is to eliminate work and stress for the client. I walk through the clients needs and expectations during the first call and often initial meeting. This allows me to brainstorm ideas and put together a full plan for working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The process of planning budgets, timelines, and priorities to ensure a successful event comes naturally to me. I have hosted fundraisers from 100 - 2,500 attendees, weddings for 100-400 guests, and luncheons/corporate events for any size party.
