- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me, the best way to serving my customers is to learn the customer business first or get to know and understand the customer expectations and needs and then design a service plan for that specific customer. Each customer is unique and should not be treated like any other customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an alumni from Houston Community college. I studied Petroleum engineering and technology. I have learned basic computer skills in this program, and acquired solid knowledge on oil and gas technology. Determined to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs, I completed professional training in web design and development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and I am on track to graduate from West Texas A&M University with Business law and ethics degree. I have been in the hospitality business for years. I worked as team member and also assumed management positions for years. I understand the importance of great customer service. Because the survival of a business depend on the customer satisfaction and retention.
