- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair, and always willing to help. My headline usually speaks for itself "craftsmanship quality at a family price". It's hard to get a lot done with a budget, let me assist so you don't have to break the bank. Honesty is always best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is always the one thing I take seriously. Always be in contact, inform, relay info with honest costs, details and create trust within the relationship between customer and contractor. In person estimate unless described in a way it can be done via phone, text or email. Always be on time and ready for anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in general business and fine arts. Have been a world traveller since birth abd have aqurired a useful amount of knowledge over the years to basically do anything I put my mind too. Family of engineering definitely has helped my growth in the field.
