- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GET FITTED, of course! We like to start with taking inventory of all items for alteration, we then do our best to consolidate on measuring in order to save time for the client and so that we can get started right away! For custom tailoring, we prefer to set a meeting in order to better understand the needs and wants of the client and go over a timeframe, with a follow up meeting to discuss options and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A team with lifelong tailor and seamstress experience, with a lead that studied apparel design and product development.
