This evaluation is based on an August 2017 house sale. Marta advised on me on how to prepare my house for easy marketability and for the most sale value. She also did a great job of marketing the house when it was ready for sale. The eventual buyers began to experience unanticipated delays beyond their immediate control, but Marta helps to properly manage the buyers' and sellers' anxiety during that period. I like to meet my clients face-to-face and get to know them and find out more about their needs and what they are looking for. I like to ask questions and find out their preferences, and their needs and wants. This helps us to get to know each other and be able to work better together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken additional Real Estate courses to increase my knowledge and experience, and have obtained several designations to better help my Seller, Buyer or Leasing clients.
