Agape was hired to replace 120 sq ft of engineered hardwood that suffered water damage. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. The cost was in the middle of the three quotes I received. I now have a new appreciation for the skill required to feather in the new floors. The craftsmen were very good. A couple comments to take to the next project: 1( organize the install to avoid tracking adhesive all over the place and 2) use paper to cover the floors, not only surrounding the area be repaired by also the high traffic areas, to keep them clean. The thin plastic that was used was insufficient.

Highly Recommended!! A Crew of three came in and as soon as they showed me the subfloor conditions they went straight to work, they finished everything in one day and all I can say is I love my new floor! They were very nice and professional and I would use them again, since I still need to do the bedrooms!

Harry Chen, the owner, was very helpful and honest. The crew worked diligently. They showed up on time and worked constantly. They also, took time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The crew seemed creative in tackling the task of the floors instalation. The removal of the carpet, the prep of the base floor were done efficiently. The whole job was done efficiently. They cleaned up and returned all furniture to its place. They gave excellent instructions as to how to care for the new flooring. I am very happy with the final result!!!

Professionalism and quality of the work have been simply amazing. I was struggling with my house's floor issues and needed someone compatible to do work it up for me. And I was pleasantly surprised to see the perfection in floor installation, convenient removal of floor and punctuality was the best thing in the whole process. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain our process for the specific type of flooring we will install and answer any questions you have. We intake all the information needed to understand the specifics of your flooring project, taking measurements and notes during In-Home Consultation, to assisting in finding the material, to talking budget which is very important. Once we are all on the same page and ready to proceed, we set a timeline and make sure the installation is on schedule and will also remind our clients a day prior to the installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Harry worked for a billion dollar flooring company and operated a store at the Store Manager Level, I sold over 400 different types of floors and managed 5-6 different installation crews. I have installed over 500+ plus houses during my tenure with the company and now started my own business operating my own contracting company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with house owners that are in all phases of home updating/remodeling. We also work with builders, investors, realtors both residential and commercial projects. We work with a few flooring companies that sub there work for us to do.
