FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and/or training is a continual process. I have a Master's Degree in Security Management along with several industry certifications that convey competence and knowledge of industry outside of real estate. I have attained my TX license to represent buyers and sellers in residential as well commercial transactions. My education and training includes technical as well as non-technical knowledge to better serve my clients through engagement and consideration of related aspects encompassing the transaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a current business owner of a small retail store. I got started in real estate services stemming from my experience of dealing with and working with real estate agents who, for the lack of a better phrase, "don't seem to get it.." when it comes to concerns relating to business matters and business requirements. So, therefore, I decided to acquire my real estate license in TX to pursue my business goals of expanding my business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you have indicated to your agent that your new business location cannot be within 300 feet from another entity (i.e. daycare), and the agent sends you flyers for locations that are near a prohibited entity (i.e. daycare, school, etc.), then it's obvious the agent isn't doing his/her part in terms of due diligence, conveying to you lack of competence or motivation, then you can always look/contact for another agent to represent you for your best interests whether residential or commercial.
