Jesse completely went out of his way in order to ensure that I would have the best experience possible considering the mess that the manufacturer had put me in. He personally handled the problem with them for me and then did a very meticulous job replacing our AC unit in the house. Very friendly and extremely professional. Pricing was also very competitive. They are passionate about their business and you can tell right away by the quality of their work. Very highly recommended.

This company is a joke I explained I had a very old washer and would require someone that knew how to work on an old washer was told no problem, window was 8-10 to arrive at my house, and I called at 9 said someone was on way he showed up at 10 I should have canceled when he called at 9:30 and said 30 minutes out, wasted half day from work waiting and the person sent had no knowledge of my issue, I had to explain he said "did not know if he could get the part" I said all this was discussed with your office before I hired you, etc. he called about a pump part then did not know the price had to call again and hold then stated would cost me first $245 to repair then changed to $275, I told him to leave and I was not paying their service fee then argued with their office for about 10 minutes on phone regarding the fiasco that had occurred with who they sent. Then they sent the person back to collect the service fee (REALLY!). Do not use this company they are not what they represented at all and wasted my time and money for nothing but to stress me out and still do not have a washer that drains water!! I am filing a complaint with Thumbtack. They need to have knowledgeable service men and tell them what they are going to repair beforehand. When a customer is as upset as I was they should have tried to work with me instead of demanding their service fee for NOTHING!

I'm sorry you were having a bad day. I tried to explain as best as I could. Your washer was old and I wanted to make sure we provided the best Service as possible. So I made all required phone calls to make sure we are able to fix your washer the same day as I know a washer machine is a required necessity for everyday accommodations. We tried calling you back to explain the situation. And offer a helping hand as we know not having a washer machine could be a frustrating situation.
