- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our services are very thorough. First, we will find out if the customer will be a match for our firm. Once the match is confirmed, we will send him or her a discovery document that will ask questions to describe the project in depth. Secondly, we will ask for examples and expectations of the project. Once we have all agreed the price and time/deliverables, our consultants will begin working on the project. We will ask for 50 % of the project gross down to begin the work and then remainder will be paid upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire only the best talent for our firm. Our web designers, developers and coders have a combined relevant experience of over 50 years and they have all completed the required formal educational certificates from renowned universities and technical collages.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the marketing/advertising space for over 20 years.
