The contractor never showed up. I have waited for 2 days in a row for someone to come to my house to do the repairs. I was sent an invoice and the contractor requested I pay a deposit for $120. Now the contractor BMC is not responding to phone calls or messages. I understand it is a busy time right now in Texas, but they should not schedule repairs if they can't do the work when stated.
