- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is paid in two installments. 1/2 upon executing a contract and 1/2 within one month of the event. If within two months of the contact being signed, you decide to move on, a partial refund will be issued.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I do a quick 15 minute phone conversation to get details from you. After that if you decide to proceed then we can meet and discuss your vision. Once I have all the pieces, I will deliver you a "dream board" with your final color scheme, your theme etc... I will provide you with a detailed month to month checklist of what needs to be done when. I will assist you in all of your appointments (venue, catering, cake, invitations, decor, floral, band etc...) and help you stay within your budget. When the day comes, I will be there to help make sure your event goes smoothly as planned.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
