- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer roof repair inspections and estimates are FREE. Estimates will be provided with no costs/charge until work has begun towards any repairs or roof replacement jobs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ordinarily, the customer calls me, puts in a request for a FREE estimate on a work order. I would personally drive out to inspect the problem(s) and repair costs with a quote to the potential customer.
