I cannot testify as to their work quality, only to their professionalism. They stood me up on our first set appointment, responding to my inquiry with an apology for forgetting to contact me when they had a vehicle problem that made them unable to meet. No problem, stuff happens. We set up another appointment for two days later, and here we are with another no show and this time zero response to my inquiry.
I don’t know if I did something special to warrant that treatment or if that is the amount of respect they give to all of their clients, OR if they just decided they didn’t want to bid my job and we’re uncomfortable telling me the truth - that will be for you to decide. As for me, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...

Santos did an excellent job replacing the mother board and a small cable that shorted out the mother board. As was expected, it took a while for replacement parts to arrive in the mail. The computer seems as good as new.
