FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently have a promotion where you get a special discount if you reccommend us to a friend or family member. Of course some restrictions apply but its pretty straightforward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first and foremost, we like to take a look at the project in person. Since this is the best way to give an accurate estimate. Then we create the estimate, as detailed as possible to let the client know each and every step we will take towards completing the project. We will discuss whether they will provide the materials or if they'd rather have us purchase it and include it in the total price. Then we will wait upon customer approval, assisting in any question or concern they may have during this process, and then just wait for their response. Once they accept the offer, we ask for them to send the signed estimate for our records, and they get to keep the original. We then set up a date to commence the work and explain to the client what they should be expecting the next couple of days. If work is little, we will let them know what time we will finish that day. If the proposal is not approved, we wish the prospect a happy search for his ideal contractor, and always keep the doors opened for future business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both of our company founders worked regular 8 to 5 jobs at a remodeling company years before starting their own. Their passion for remodeling grew as their knowledge did as well, and decided it was time to do what they liked best.
