FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
when it comes to my prices it varies, i believe in "people before pennies"! i try my best to have affordable prices because i know we all work hard for our money. one thing for sure, sometimes people try to cheap out and end up spending more money! quality goes a long way. you get what you pay for. i belive my prices are fair. and im always open to give a discount if it's possible on my end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with consumers i always try to break the ice lol im a nice down to earth guy just making an honest pay. it's easy for me to be funny and honest and straight forward, i always try for everything to go smooth! after all, time is money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got my high school diploma and I've trained for months doing this type of work. alot people don't realize there's an art to it! stacking is like a puzzle. gotta make sure everything fits in a truck, wrapping everything that needs it for safety of the items. blankets and dollies play a big role. but safety first as always, and never rush or force something into place.
