Service Pricing varies depends on the service request, some are flat fee some are hourly onsite some or remote services , a deposit is required to secure appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact, via vocal text or email to get details description of the issue and determine the best course of action, secure deposit and schedule appointment for date of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in MICROSOFT Windows, in training and studying to get my ACMT for Mac and is currently in class for application development, and studying VMWare , AWS and Azure
