Gutters were cleaned however they blew some slightly worn shingles (I have an 11 year old roof) into the plant beds and never told me. Found out 3 weeks later while I was raking leaves and came across shingles. Person at end of phone was rude and blamed squirrels. I am not asking this guy for money or a refund however it would be nice if he took responsibility. Both roofers I had give estimates said it was definitely the power blowers that blew the shingles off as it doesn’t take a lot when the blower gets up under there. Won’t be using thumbtack or this guy again. I’ll stick with Angie’s list.Feb 13, 2018Verified

We had a very good experience with everyone at Christie’s. Jon was punctual, honest, and stuck to the estimate. His employees were polite and worked efficiently. We will definitely call on them again.Sep 3, 2018Verified
They came on time. Got all their tools and started to paint. NO TAPING. When you have a popcorn ceiling taping is necessary = touchups. Same with moldings. I did also find spots on the ceiling not painted = touchups. The moldings on the floor we're new and needed nail holes plugged. Hit and miss. They corked before painting which means = touchups. Before I paid them I told them they were fine and they were. They were puntual, cleanup, took one break maybe two to wait for the paint to dry and respectful. I do feel though I should not have to do what I'm doing when I paid for the job.Aug 26, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First item would be to give a free estimate and talk to the customer to see what exactly they are looking for. Then once I have a good understanding of what they are looking for I give them an estimate for the work and also let them know if they have other issues that need to be addressed in that estimate. From that point on we would wait on the customer to let us know if they would like to move forward and set a date that works for both parties.
