At the time, I had the pleasure of meeting Henry Perry at one of the Apartment Communities where he was the Maintenance Supervisor. I inquired about his background/experienced. He was very professional & shared some of his past work. I explained that my husband & I needed to complete our basement in order for us to place it on the market since we were going to be relocating to our new jobs. The service he provided was the completion of 2 unfinished bathroom sink installation. He installed the following: 2 granite counters, 2 glass bowls that sat on top of countertops, the faucets, attached drain lines, installed the knobs on the cabinet drawers, installed mirrors & lights. Not only did he beat the timeline, but exceeded our expectations. We could not have ask for a better person to do the work he did in such a timely manner. Great job Henry!

I cannot say enough good things about Henry. We had an unforeseen issue with a water pipe being in an odd place and Henry was installing a rod and hit the line, but he spent hours upon hours fixing it and it looks amazing and the pipe is fixed. He never complained and stuck to every appointment and commitment that we had until it was done which were some really long days for him. I would trust this guy to install anything in your home. He will follow through and you have the peace of mind of knowing if something does go wrong he will not leave you holding the bag - he will fix it until it is right. Following through on your word and your workmanship goes a really long way in my book- not a lot of contractors would have taken responsibility and come back to help us fix the problem.

My standard pricing system is based off of a $50 per hour rate and Material if supplied by me with a 10% mark up.
