FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is what we call "integrity pricing". It simply means that regardless of the size or location of your home you will get the same price as the person with a same size home. We measure the building and then multiply the number by the service cost. For example: A house will measure 35,000 cubic feet. For a fumigation we will multiply 35X62 to arrive at our fumigation price of $2170. Everyone with a home measuring 35,000 cubit feet will receive the same price of $2170. That's integrity. It is this policy that makes our customer comfortable giving us the 70% referral rate that we currently enjoy. We will never let you regret sharing us with your friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally a client will call us to inquire of our services by scheduling a free inspection. Once the inspection is complete our inspector's will explain the findings and walk through possible options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The State of California requires extensive education to pass the rigorous tests for licensing. Areas of focus include building construction concepts, safety principles, chemical use and hazard clean up as well as a full catalog of insect entomology. Most people are surprised by the amount of education it takes to become a professional inspector.
