- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet the home owner in person and look at the work to be performed. This allows us to get an accurate description of the work and to be able to provide a reasonable estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years of experience. I began working with my father at the age of 15 in the downtown area of Huntsville, Al., in the old Twickenham homes. I went into business for myself in 1984. I believe that "On the job" training is the best.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always recommend before hiring a contractor to check their business out on the local Better Business Bureau.
