- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Staging, Update/Redesign Consultation: The consultation begins with a thorough walk through and evaluation of each room in your home. We will discuss your home's best features, as well as trouble spots and share tips for showcasing your home’s best features, repositioning furniture, and strategic placement of other items. Once the tour is over, you will know what to do to stage your home so that it looks its best. This is for the Do-It-Yourself home sellers or for those with small budgets. Investment: $125.00 - $175.00 (fee depends on location and size of home) Home Staging/Interior Redesign Services - Occupied Homes (after Consultation - see above): To ensure the home will be shown at its finest, each of the home's Main Living Areas will be edited and arranged to show off its best features. Clutter elimination, organizing, furniture layout, accessories and lighting are just a few of the areas we consider when staging each room for show. Repairs or improvements that may be essential in the resale potential of your home will also be presented. We only bring in additional accessories and furniture if absolutely needed. Shopping for the additional accessories and furniture will be discussed with Client at the end of the day. Shopping to be performed at an hourly fee.* Investment: $100/hour or $725 full day (8 hours) Home Staging Consultation - Vacant Homes: The consultation includes and on-site visit to assess what is needed for Staging your home to get MLS/Photo ready. We then prepare an estimate for Staging Services and provide a written Proposal to you within 24 hours. Investment: Complimentary Home Staging Services - Vacant Homes: Services include staging the home using on-trend furnishings to best accentuate your home’s key rooms and features. Vacant Home Staging agreement includes 90 days of staging, with a monthly rental fee for furnishings beginning day 91. Investment: varies depending on rooms to be staged, size and scale Interior Redesign Consultation: During this design consultation, we will take a walk through your home and discuss your “design bucket list”. We will review areas that have you wish to update/change/improve. This may include paint colors, flooring, furniture and/or accessories. Investment: $125.00 - $175.00 (fee depends on location and size of home) Update Services (after Consultation - see above): Value added Update services may be recommended. Designed2Sell by Sharon will engage reputable, licensed/insured vendors for Updates Services including but not limited fresh paint, flooring, lighting, etc. Quotes will be presented and invoiced separately and independently of Staging Services. Investment: Quotes vary depending on project Paint Consultation - (after Consultation - see above): Color consultation for on-trend, paint color selections. Investment: $100 - $200 depending on project Shopping Service - (after Consultation - see above):* Based on the Client’s budget and design board, shopping are available. Furnishings may include (but may not be limited to) furniture, art, new accent pillows, throws, bedding, bath towels, shower curtain, etc. Investment: $75/hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to meet with every new Client to learn about their goals for their project whether it be Interior Redesign, Vacant Home Staging or Re-Staging their Occupied Home with their furnishings and a few new pieces.

Almost 6 years of staging and design with yearly training and certifications in Staging, Color and Updates.
