We were the photographer for a wedding that Creative Design Consultants was the wedding planner for. Creative Design Consultants did a fantastic job! They were our liaison with the bride and groom and answered every question that we had. All responses came fast and any questions we had were answered completely and professionally. I had the pleasure of going to a wedding hosted and decorated by Ms. Mckenzie. The theme for the wedding was Steampunk era. The decor looked great and matched the wedding theme perfect. The decor was completely original and you could tell Ms. Mckenzie paid attention to every detail. Overall, everything was amazing!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have a standard pricing system, we maintain flexibility in prices. The flexibility in our prices are due to the realization that everyone is not the same and the clients needs vary; whereas one event requires a standard service and another requires customized services. In other words, Client A has a baby shower using floral centerpieces (standard service), but Client B has a baby shower using a gender reveal centerpieces (custom service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with our customers include, but not limited to, an initial consultation, research and development of theme or color palettes, vision presentations (for décor/design projects), venue identification and walk-thru, vendor identification.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CVevent certified, have completed industry related coursework, and in effort to always offer our clients with the latest trends and services I regularly attend seminars and take classes. I have been providing event management and décor services since 1992 until finally committing to entrepreneurship in 2008.
