- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have a standard pricing system, we maintain flexibility in prices. The flexibility in our prices are due to the realization that everyone is not the same and the clients needs vary; whereas one event requires a standard service and another requires customized services. In other words, Client A has a baby shower using floral centerpieces (standard service), but Client B has a baby shower using a gender reveal centerpieces (custom service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with our customers include, but not limited to, an initial consultation, research and development of theme or color palettes, vision presentations (for décor/design projects), venue identification and walk-thru, vendor identification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CVevent certified, have completed industry related coursework, and in effort to always offer our clients with the latest trends and services I regularly attend seminars and take classes. I have been providing event management and décor services since 1992 until finally committing to entrepreneurship in 2008.
