- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in our pricing. I price work based on the project and the duration of work along with skill required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving and viewing the project details, I like to discuss all the details involving the project with the client to better understand scope allowing more accurate scheduling and logistics of materials and cost. This helps to maintain a budget for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I began laying tile in 1991, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Crossville Tile’s department of technical installation. I have provided feedback on installation methods (best practices) for unique installation situations that they in turn passed on to other installers.
