- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing for all my sessions (prices may be found on my website). I offer custom packages in which you will pay a sitting fee and then buy and add on digital images or professional prints and product. I also run specials throughout the year with combined sessions and products. I have a year-round special that may be found on my website. I also typically run my Holiday Mini Sessions during the month of October.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally communicate with new customers via email. However, clients are encouraged to set an appointment to visit my In-Home Studio to view product and samples and so we will be able to go over expectations and specifics for their session. We decide on a theme, location and suggestions for wardrobe and posing. After the session is completed I offer "Live Viewings" of their images and an ordering session during the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business. All of my photography skills are 100% self-taught. I am kind of a book worm so I have researched photography lighting, equipment, posing and I have learned from trial and error. I am proud of where I started and where I am today in my business!
