- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy explaining what I'm doing and what I find at the home. I even buy a maintenance book that I give everyone that does and inspection as a tool that can help them with their new home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I like working with both sellers and buyers. They have very different goals, but in the end I enjoy helping them meet the objectives.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Does the person have real world experience and a certification? Too many people call themselves inspectors, but don't have practical hands on knowledge to back it up.
