Needed siding and paint done on my house. Chose hardie board and got a few bids. Went with Modern because of their explanation of how it'll be done compared to what I got from other contractors. Guys knocked out the job in a week and the house looks brand new!

They responded quickly but they gave me a very expensive quote for termite treatment. I ask if they could adjust that price and they offered to work with me. I was told an email would be sent that night. Never heard back from them.
