- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are $40 per session and slightly less for sessions bought in packages. I also offer several type of packages for personal training, health/wellness and life coaching throughout the week to help keep you on track and achieve your goals. Styling I have several packages that range from if you just need help with your closet or if you need the full shopping works.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Life Coaching can be done online or phone- no need for anyone to travel, you can do this right from your home. If face to face is something you are more comfortable with I am fine with that too. Personal Training sessions can be done in- person in the Indianapolis area or we can set up something on line as well. We will have one free on-line or phone session to make sure we are a good fit. This introductory session should be about 30 minutes. Sessions after that could go to 60.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For life coaching I have completed certified in France by PS . I am currently working on the health and coach trainer to receive a US certification by ICF. I have been coaching for several years with a success rate and references. I have also worked along a Doctor of therapy in some patient cases when the therapist felt her patient would have a better success with a coach rather than therapist. As for fashion styling, that has been a lifetime achievement. I am proud to be one of the few people that can work with a person as a whole inside and out.
