- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Moving we charge 99/hr. A truck and supplies (shrink wrap, padding and tape) are all included in that hourly rate. Automotive services is 65/hr for labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our Moving and Packing Services, a customer calls to get a quote, if they are happy with the price, we book the move. For Automotive Services, a customer calls us and we come to them to do a free diagnostic check. And the quote will being given once the car has been inspected.
