- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of the students' needs as well as travel cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by seeking out the student's academic needs, as well as optimal travel and time arrangements. Once those things are decided a per hour price will be quoted. And a schedule will be made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman. I took many math classed there and have a firm understanding in many math concepts
