FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical class for a single individual is $50 per hour for private classes however discounts are availiable for multiple class packages and rates vary based on the number of students. Rates may also change based on distance to travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I will set up a brief, fifteen minute phone conversation to discuss the number of students, the length of the class, and learn personal goals. During this conversation, we will also plan on a specific date, time and location for the first class to take place in which I will come prepared with a set flow that can be modified the day of the lesson. I will run through a checklist of recommended materials for each class, some of which I may be able to provide. During the first class, I will request each student sign a one-time waiver and I will be sure to explain the structure of the time to be spent practicing. We will go through the flow together with as many modifications needed. At the end of the first class, I will request feedback to ensure each student is satisfied with their experience and plan the next class around the feedback from the previous.
