- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and knowing the details is all I need to provide a solid quote. We offer military service and senior citizen's a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction of who we are and where we have come from. Then engage about the tile project that is special to them and make that connection that is needed that we will deliver and meet their expectations. Service is always at the forefront. Also respect for the customers home is also at the forefront of our thought and preparation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a member of the National Tile Contractors Association, serving two terms on the board of directors. Was National Membership Committee Chairman for the NTCA for 8 Years. With all my quotes I send our awards and accreditation's that we have enjoyed over many years. We were given 5 Star Accreditation by NTCA, TCNA and Tile Manufactures I attach this article with all my quotes. All my employees have gone to many seminars delivered by all the local distributors where I have been a speaker. I have been also accredited to give Continuing Education credits to Architects via seminars, only 5 Star owners are allowed to do that. Employees also have been certified by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation. Most long term employees also have been given OSHA ten hour classes. My training has been extensive over the years my understanding of standard, materials and methods in the tile industry is second to none here in Central Indiana.
