Introduction: I teach vinyasa flow yoga to beginner and intermediate students. I focus on body alignments and offer different modifications throughout the class to ensure students will stay safe while challenging themselves to the next level. Students will also learn how to connect their breath with movements to find balance within themselves mentally and physically.
I love seeing people transform through their yoga practice. Seeing the improvements on students are my greatest encouragement. I would like to provide everyone the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga, and to help people stay healthy in their busy lives.
