- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll provide an initial quote for services requested. Upon arrival we will provide a full detailed inspection of your door / operator at no additional cost. We will explain the process and a detail description of what needs to be done in order to have a fully functional and safe operating door. We pride ourselves in our work at America's 1st choice Garage doors and in doing so we will provide a 90day no cost warranty for all services performed. Once in agreeance we will execute as planned and show you step by step how to safely operate your door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been evolved with garage doors for over 10 years now. I have worked with many well know and prestigious companies in the Dallas ft worth area in Which I have been accredited by all companies and have received awards for outstanding service and excellent customer service. Through my knowledge and experience I plan on continuing to achieve an even higher standard.
