I am one who suffers from a lot of back and knee pain and was quite nervous as to whether yoga would be a good fit for me. Also I tend to shy away from most forms of exercise. She made the appointment easy and very much enjoyable, and I am looking forward to the weeks to come. For someone who would like solo yoga instruction, I'd highly recommend her. Thank you Ragini! I can't wait to return. :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being direct with my student about what I want them to do facilitates a dialogue and this interaction enables me to give them a practice that’s more specific to what they need. When I talk to my students in a personal way it makes a big difference in the way they interact with you. It’s the small things like this that build the kind of relationship that allows the meaningful change to arise in my student’s bodies, minds, and life. In addition to this, knowledge of my student’s constitutional tendencies and current imbalances, from an Ayurvedic perspective, can guide the right yoga treatment.
