Hi Summer, We deeply apologize if you thought our service was lack luster on the day of your event, that’s never our intentions. Per our contractual agreement the bartender was supposed to arrive at 3pm and bar was supposed to open at 4pm. At 4pm sharp we started serving your guests because a member of your party asked at 3:55pm if the bar was open. The lack of communication the day of was actually miscommunication because we did our due diligence to remind you of the items that you needed to have prior to the day of your event. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our clients that’s why we had no problem running to get the missing items from your bar that were needed and still managed to get everything set up on time. The old fashioned were made based on the guests preferences because we asked or they told us how they wanted them to be made and we were tipped generously because of the quality of the cocktails. Your guests did ask about the wine and were displeased with the options resulting in us serving 2 glasses the entire event. Please bear in mind that the additional items that were needed at the last minute were not previously discussed between the time of the initial booking ( over a month ago) and the time of the event therefore we were blindsided by the last minute accommodations that needed to be made. Your event was on a Thursday and we did not collect the remaining balance until Saturday after notifying you that the invoice was outstanding for the service numerous times in between. And we apologize for not being able to stay after the agreed time, but there are additional fees associated with it and we also had to get to another event after yours on time. With this being said we don’t want any of our clients to feel like they were mistreated but we have contracts in place to maintain order between both parties. We sincerely apologize about your experience and we will take away what we can from this and apply it going forward. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
