FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I structure my pricing as hourly - $40/hour and as a house call groomer I charge a $20 travel fee. I groom all sizes and breed of dog. This pricing structure is the same for cats. This is also the same pricing structure for training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For grooming customers, I like to go over what kind of service they are looking for compared to what is best for your dog or cats personality, skin type, health, ect. For training customers, I like to get a bit of background on your pups past and unwanted behaviors so we can develop a personalized training program for you. I make myself available for our allotted time, but I also make myself available for questions through text or email with a timely response within 24 hours usually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified professional groomer for four years and have worked both private and corporate salons. I have been a certified trainer for five years and have done group and private lessons that cover a wide range of unwanted habits. I have the answer, and if I don't I know where to find it.
